Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on residential pools..
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment.
- Conduct inspections of pool systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as motors, pump, timers, etc.
- Assist with projects by providing technical support and a second set of hands
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in a residential environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in pool maintenance and repair.
- Ability to interpret schematics, technical drawings, and operational manuals accurately.
- Familiarity with residential pool equipment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during maintenance tasks when needed.
- Knowledge of practices related to pool maintenance or renovation projects is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Pay: $15.50 - $25.00 per hour
