Responsibilities:
- Teach proper gymnastics techniques and skills in an engaging manner.
- Develop customized training programs to enhance athletes' skills and abilities.
- Provide ongoing support and encouragement to athletes throughout their training journey.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all athletes.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches to maintain clarity and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Solid background in gymnastics with coaching experience.
- Valid safety certifications such as First Aid and CPR.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
- Patient, adaptable, and supportive attitude towards athletes' progress.
- Physical fitness and organizational skills to manage training sessions effectively.
- Positive role model with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
