Strategic Partnerships & Operations Manager (Commission-Based)
Work directly with Nigeria Ealey CEO/Creative Director of TIER.
TIER is entering a major growth era in 2026, and we’re looking for a sharp, organized, entrepreneur-minded partner to help elevate everything from brand deals to festival planning. This is a commission based starter role with the opportunity to grow into paid part-time or full-time in 2026.
Role Description
TIER™ is seeking a part time, Hybrid Strategic Partnerships & Operations Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining key business relationships, managing accounts, identifying strategic partnership opportunities, and overseeing operational strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing partnership strategies, communicating with stakeholders, analyzing business performance, and ensuring the seamless execution of operational initiatives.
What You’ll Own:
• Partnership outreach, negotiation & follow-ups
• Managing timelines for campaigns, drops, and collaborations
• Supporting planning for TIER events Artrepreneur Festival
• Communication with partners
• Personal brand deals & speaking opportunities
• Tracking invoices, payments & budgets
• Calendar travel coordination
• Helping build decks coordinating presentations
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, creator management, or brand strategy
• Strong account management skills with the ability to build, nurture, and maintain long-term client relationships
• Deep understanding of fashion, sports culture, media, or events
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management abilities
• Ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage deliverables with precision
• Strong analytical skills to track performance, budgets, and deal impact
• Extremely detail-oriented, reliable, low-ego, and able to thrive in a fast-evolving creative environment
• Comfortable working in a commission-first compensation structure
• Experience in the creative, fashion, or entertainment industries is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred (not required)
Compensation:
Commission-based:
• 10–20% of partnerships you secure
• 5–10% on deals sourced by Nigeria but managed by you
• Project bonuses for major productions, festivals & product drops
• Pathway to part-time or full-time salary in 2026
