Tier One Personnel is seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our Houston team!

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in skilled trades, technical, industrial, and light industrial positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future client needs.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial candidate contact through placement and onboarding.
• Develop lasting relationships with candidates, employees, and clients.
• Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and other creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements.
• Partner with our sales and operations teams to fulfill client staffing needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of staffing agency recruiting experience, preferably in skilled trades, technical, manufacturing, industrial, or light industrial staffing.
• Strong understanding of high-volume recruiting and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of Form I-9, employment eligibility verification, and applicable DHS requirements.
• Experience with Avionté Applicant Tracking Software strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Inside or outside sales experience is a significant advantage!
