Position Overview
An established financial services organization is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to join its growing practice.
This opportunity is designed for a relationship-driven advisor who combines sophisticated wealth planning expertise with an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
The ideal candidate has experience advising affluent and high-net-worth clients, developing new relationships, and delivering comprehensive financial strategies across investments, retirement, tax planning, and broader wealth management needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients
- Provide comprehensive wealth and financial planning guidance
- Develop customized investment and long-term financial strategies
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Grow and manage a book of business
- Conduct client meetings and ongoing portfolio reviews
- Partner with internal resources to deliver a high-level client experience
- Maintain current knowledge of investment markets, planning strategies, and industry developments
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant wealth management or financial advisory experience
- Demonstrated experience working with affluent or high net worth clients
- Strong financial planning and investment management knowledge
- Proven ability to develop new client relationships and grow business
- Series 65 or appropriate advisory licensing
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills
- CFP designation is highly valued
- RIA experience strongly preferred
