What You’ll Do
Manage your own caseload from intake through resolution
Conduct client consultations and develop case strategy
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and agreements
Represent clients in court: hearings, mediations, and trials
Direct and collaborate with legal support staff
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients throughout their case
Participate in firm meetings, evaluations, and process improvements
What You’ll Bring
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license with the Georgia Bar (in good standing)
0–4 years of legal experience; Family Law preferred
Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a strong plus — and comes with added compensation
Confident courtroom presence and strong advocacy skills
Clear, professional communication style
Team-oriented mindset and ability to delegate effectively
Familiarity with legal case management software a bonus
