Job Title: Estimator - Commercial Construction
Location: Torrance, CA area
Compensation: $140,000 – $160,000 base DOE

Company Overview:
Tiello has partnered with a highly reputable Commercial General Contractor in the Torrance area on their search for an Estimator.
Job Responsibilities:
Estimating & Bid Preparation
- Prepare detailed and accurate estimates
- Analyze project specifications, bid documents, and scope requirements
- Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
- Develop competitive bid proposals while maintaining company profit margins
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with detailing, project management, and production teams throughout the estimating process
- Review project drawings to identify scope gaps, RFIs, and value engineering opportunities
- Participate in bid reviews and project turnover meetings after award
- Assist with change order pricing as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 4 years of estimating experience within commercial construction
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
