Tiello is partnered with a growing commercial roofing contractor headquartered in MD. As their nationwide portfolio continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to help lead and execute commercial roofing projects across multiple U.S. markets.
This is a well-planned traveling PM role with structured schedules, short-term travel only, and no long-term out-of-town assignments.
Role Summary
This role is ideal for a seasoned Commercial Roofing PM who thrives in a mix of office leadership and selective field engagement. You’ll oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality execution, financial performance, and clear communication across teams.
- PM / Senior PM level
- 3 years of commercial roofing PM experience (more experience welcomed)
- Field involvement includes:
- Job walks
- Punch walks
- Key milestone site visits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final closeout
- Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with internal operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Track job costs, schedules, and production to ensure profitability
- Conduct periodic site visits for quality control and progress verification
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
- Identify project risks early and proactively implement solutions
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications
