Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that all assigned areas are kept in pristine condition. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both employees and clients. The Cleaner will be responsible for various cleaning tasks across different settings, including commercial, residential, and industrial spaces.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist with custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
- Collaborate with management to complete cleaning assignments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and safety standards is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment or supplies.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within designated timeframes.
- A proactive attitude towards maintenance tasks and a willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
- Note: You must have a valid driver's license, own a vehicle, and be able to submit/pass a background check.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
