Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure spotless results.
- Organizational Excellence: Keep all spaces well-maintained and organized by performing daily housekeeping tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, custodial roles, or hotel housekeeping is highly preferred but not required.
- Cleaning Knowledge: Familiarity with both residential cleaning practices and commercial cleaning standards is a bonus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining clean, organized spaces.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
