About Us
Tidy Vibe Clean is Tacoma’s trusted eco-friendly residential cleaning company. We’re growing our Preferred Partner Program to collaborate with skilled independent contractors for move-out and one-time cleanings.
We provide the bookings and client communication—you provide the quality cleaning and professionalism.
Role Overview
As a Preferred Partner Independent Contractor, you’ll be dispatched to perform move-out cleans for Tidy Vibe clients. This is not an employment position—contractors operate as their own business entities and provide all tools, supplies, and transportation.
Requirements
- Must operate as a legitimate business entity (sole proprietor, LLC, etc.)
- Business license (Washington State)
- General Liability Insurance (minimum $1M recommended)
- Active Driver’s License & reliable transportation
- Background check required
- Provide own cleaning products, tools, and PPE
- Smartphone with text/email capability for scheduling & communication
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform deep/move-out level cleaning
- Consistent attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred Skills
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Familiarity with eco-friendly products and methods
What We Provide

Compensation
- 55% commission on all work performed
- $40/hr minimum for all approved work hours
- Typical move-outs average $600–$800 per job
- Contractors earn $330–$440 per clean
- Contractors must submit an invoice for completed jobs
- Payments are processed weekly once jobs are completed and invoices are approved
Example: A $700 move-out clean = $385 contractor pay (paid the following week after invoice approval).
