Daily responsibilities:
Keep lobby, hallways, elevators, gym, rooftop & amenities spotless
Trash & recycling management (compactor room curbside)
Light maintenance & touch-up painting
Package handling & resident assistance
Occasional driving for supplies or dump runs
We Offer:
$22.50 – $45/hr overtime
