Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Technician – FedEx Facility

Tidy Solutions is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician to maintain a FedEx facility during daytime operations. This position requires someone who is punctual, professional, and able to stay productive throughout an 2-4 hour shift.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized work environment and can consistently meet cleaning standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors)
- Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of breakrooms, including counters, microwaves, tables, and floors
- Wipe and disinfect desks, surfaces, and high-touch areas
- Sweep and mop floors in offices and common areas
- Spot clean glass and entryways
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Follow site cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Report maintenance issues or supply needs to management
Requirements
- Strong reliability and attendance — this position requires consistent daily presence
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7 AM – 10 PM
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without supervision
- Comfortable working inside an active commercial facility
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Reliable transportation required
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not required
