Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
- Promote retail products and financial services, including retail lending options and banking solutions
- Process cash transactions accurately using cash registers, cash drawers, and 10 key typing systems
- Handle cash management duties such as cash handling, cashiering, and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts
- Perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts, loan processing, and loan collections with precision
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding customers through product or service options
- Support retail store operations by maintaining organized displays, managing inventory levels, and ensuring a clean shopping environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or retail store environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a strong plus
- Strong math skills including retail math, basic math, and cash handling experience required
- Familiarity with financial software systems and data entry processes is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling and processing transactions
- Experience with loan processing or loan collections is desirable but not mandatory
