Procure-to-Pay & General Ledger Accounting
Work closely with other members of the Finance Department to assist in the preparation of the month-end close process and in producing high quality financial statements.

Procure-to-Pay & General Ledger Accounting
- Supplier-invoice accounting and processing support
- Purchase-order matching and exception resolution
- Vendor onboarding support and vendor-master maintenance

Work closely with other members of the Finance Department to assist in the preparation of the month-end close process and in producing high quality financial statements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes and accounting functions of the company
- Review supplier invoices, purchase orders, accounts payable, intercompany activities, cost of sale, and software development capitalization entries in the general ledger
- Perform key responsibilities in the monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or errors
- Prepare management reports, including financial statements, to support analysis of operating trends, margins, and other key metrics
- Prepare workpapers and supporting analyses for annual audits
- Work with other departments on accounting related projects and issues
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting processes
- Perform other job duties as assigned
- Support the implementation and enhancement of ERP and financial systems
- Streamline the procure-to-pay processes
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, reconciliations, and financial processes
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls related to revenue recognition
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests
