The Opportunity
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as a welcoming and dependable first point of contact for homeowners, tenants, vendors, and visitors. This role plays an important part in supporting smooth daily office operations and creating positive, professional client experiences.
What You’ll Do
Client & Customer Support
- Welcome and assist homeowners, tenants, vendors, and visitors
- Respond professionally to phone calls, emails, voicemails, and walk‑in inquiries
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; take accurate messages as needed
- Process registrations and respond to general inquiries in the management system as needed
- Monitor and route messages received through the general info inbox as needed
Office & Administrative Support
- Open, date‑stamp, sort, and distribute daily mail
- Process outgoing mail, postage, and fax distribution
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate service requests
- Accept and process client payments and issue receipts
- Proofread and edit documents for accuracy and professionalism
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
