Responsibilities
- Safely deliver truck, trailer, automotive, and fleet parts using a company-provided vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
- Verify deliveries for accuracy before leaving the branch.
- Ensure orders are delivered safely, accurately, and on time.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable transportation regulations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
- Immediately report vehicle maintenance concerns or safety issues.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
- Support warehouse operations including stocking inventory, receiving products, warehouse transfers, and order fulfillment.
- Pull and stage customer orders for delivery.
- Organize daily delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize company technology and software to record deliveries, returns, pickups, and routing information.
- Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accountability.
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
- Prior delivery, warehouse, logistics, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
