Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Appliance Sales Consultant to join our team at either our Morehead City or our New Bern, NC location. The role involves assisting customers in selecting appliances that fit their needs, educating them about features and benefits, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring the showroom is well-organized and welcoming. This is an on-site role that requires direct interaction with customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a strong understanding of sales processes
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and assist customers
• Experience in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs
• Ability to work in an on-site retail environment
• Willingness to continuously learn about new products and industry trends
• Prior experience in appliance sales or retail is a plus
