Full-Time: Direct Support Professional Awake Overnight Shift
TIDES LLC is a locally owned home and community-based Medicaid service provider, supporting children and adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Currently TIDES is seeking an experienced caregiver with direct support interest or experience to join our team in Juneau, Alaska. This position provides direct care services to an individual that requires overnight monitoring. Staff must remain alert throughout the shift.
We are currently looking for the right person(s) for this incredibly exciting and dynamic position. The ideal candidate has positive energy, a can-do attitude, demonstrates strong communication skills, and can take initiative. This candidate will be providing 1:1 support to monitor the individual for health/medical changes overnight and respond appropriately.
Managing the day-to-day needs of the residents: Providing assistance with an individual's needs as they arise overnight such as self- care/ personal hygiene, meal administration, medication admiration, cleaning, repositioning, assist with a morning wake up routine and work collaboratively with the day staff.
Job Status: Full-time
Shifts are typically between the hours of 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Pay: This position will start out as hourly between the rate of $22.00 depending on experience.
Basic Requirements
