About Us Tideline Pools & Patio builds and maintains luxury swimming pools and outdoor living spaces across the Charlotte area. As we grow, we’re looking for dependable people who enjoy working outdoors and want to build a career in the pool industry. No prior pool experience? That’s okay — we’ll train the right candidates.
What You’ll Do
- Clean and maintain swimming pools
- Balance water chemistry and handle chemicals safely
- Keep company vehicles clean, stocked, and maintained
- Record services in our mobile app
- Spot potential maintenance issues and report them
- Work with teammates and occasionally interact with customers (no direct selling required)
What We’re Looking For
- Willingness to learn — experience in pools, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
