What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intermediate PEIMS Clerk and Secretary position at Tidehaven Intermediate School?
Special knowledge and skills to include, but not limited to, the ability to maintain accurate and auditable student records. Must process student enrollment, transfers, grades, and withdrawals. Must maintain accurate PEIMS records (data reported to the Texas Education Agency), perform data entry including, but not limited to, attendance, special programs, career tech, and scheduling. Must be able to work professionally with others, multi-task, and meet established deadlines. Must be willing to attend training as required of assigned duties. Competent in computer and word processing software. Strong communication, organizational, public relations, and interpersonal skills are required. Maintaining confidentiality is required. PEIMS experience, preferred.
