TideWatch Vacations is seeking a highly organized, communication-driven Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our vacation rental portfolio. This role is centered on coordinating housekeeping teams, managing vendor schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for both guests and property owners.
You will be responsible for ensuring the portfolio of homes is consistently clean, stocked, and guest-ready, while proactively handling maintenance needs, scheduling services, and resolving issues in real time. Strong communication is critical and requires regular interaction with homeowners to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain trust, as well as clear coordination with cleaners and service providers to uphold TideWatch’s standards.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to keep multiple properties running smoothly at once are essential to success.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
