Tide Cleaners in Amarillo, Texas is looking for a Guest Service Representative to join their fast growing team!
Monday 11am to 7pm, Tuesday Off, Wed Off, Thurs 2pm to 7pm, Friday 12pm to 7pm, Saturday 7:30am to 5pm, and Sunday 9:30am to 3pm.

Monday 11am to 7pm, Tuesday 2pm to 7pm, Wed 2pm to 7pm, Thurs Off, Friday Off, Saturday 7:30am to 5pm, and Sunday 9:30am to 3pm
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to customers
Serve as primary liaison with customers. Greet and assist all walk-in customers in the store
Meet, greet and assist all valet drive-up customers at their car
Process customer phone and personal relations
Assist customers with cleaning, stain and/or finishing needs and/or concerns
Sort and examine articles, picking out those that may need hand spotting, or stain treatment
Mark-In incoming customer orders; identify garments to be laundered or dry cleaned, tag, mark and classify all pieces and input information into the computerized register
Consistently ensure cash drawer accuracy
Follow Company’s new customer protocol
Attend Company offered ongoing training and education
Qualifications and Experience: Customer Service experience preferred
Physical Requirements: Must be able to frequently lift up to 30 pounds Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
