Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with drop-offs and pick-ups
-Handle guest inquiries about cleaning services offered
-Input garments into system, and sort accordingly
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable
