Up to $20/hr* - based on leadership experience, availability and flexibility in schedule.
We are hiring for a full time customer service shift leader position in our South West Metro stores, which include Excelsior, Chanhassen & Minnetonka. Strong communication & organization skills are required. Previous customer service and experience managing people is a huge plus!
In this role, you will be assigned a home store, but may be asked to float to other nearby southwest metro stores as needed (and will be compensated accordingly for your flexibility). Very competitive starting pay with ample opportunity for increased responsibility, promotion & pay increase.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to Tide Cleaners & the services we provide
- Assist store manager in filling open shifts and covering vacations
- Assist customers picking up & dropping off their clothes throughout the day
- Communicate customer special requests to the operations / production manager
- Daily upkeep and light cleaning of the store throughout the day

Tide Cleaners Customer Service shift leaders are focused on the front of house customer service experience, interacting with customers picking up & dropping off their clothes. Your #1 priority will be ensuring a friendly, positive customer service experience for our Tide Cleaners’ clientele.
