Pelvic/Ortho Physical Therapist

Tidal Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a physical therapist who wants to change women’s lives, build real relationships, and grow with a clinic that values quality care over everything.

At Tidal Physical Therapy, every session is an hour, 1:1. You won't be juggling three patients at once or rushing through documentation between double-bookings. You'll have the time and autonomy to treat the whole person, make relationships that matter, build a plan of care you're proud of, and see it through.

Who We Are

We're a women’s health and performance clinic built around whole-body solutions, compassion, and genuinely helping people move and feel better. We’re bridging the gap between pelvic floor and orthopedic rehab to ensure women can move confidently and feel their best. 

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive, whole-body evaluations to women through the lens of the pelvic floor
• Deliver 1:1 manual therapy, movement retraining, and prescriptive exercise, consistent with our clinical philosophy and best evidence.
• Build and carry out individualized plans of care that get real results and keep women engaged in their own recovery.
• Complete timely, accurate, and thorough documentation
• Be an active part of the team — attend weekly meetings, mentor newer staff, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Represent the clinic in the community: workshops, discovery visits, and local partnerships that introduce people to what we do.
• Help current clients see the next right step in their care, and contribute to a steady pipeline of 5-star reviews and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and current, unrestricted Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain one before start date).
• A genuine passion for women’s health and performance, bridging the gap between orthopedic and pelvic floor, 1:1 patient care, and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skills, with a drive to keep learning.
• Compassionate, warm, and strong communication skills.
• Comfort with technology (EMR documentation, scheduling tools) and clear, proactive communication.
• A team-first mindset. Someone who shows up, owns their outcomes, and helps the people around them get better too. 
• New grads welcome to apply
• Experience working with pregnancy and postpartum care, prolapse, pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction, endometriosis, and peri-/post-menopause-related pelvic health changes is a bonus.
