Job Description:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including treatment administration and wound care.
- Administer medications and injections safely and accurately according to physician orders.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident health status to supervising RN and medical providers.
- Assist residents with daily living needs and provide guidance to CNAs and other support staff.
- Perform and record assessments, vital signs, and clinical data per facility protocol.
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation in EHR or charting system.
- Participate in care planning, resident assessments, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Ensure infection control standards, safety protocols, and facility policies are followed consistently.
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
