Tidal Build is seeking an experienced Job Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects throughout coastal CT & RI. We’re a fast-growing design-build company looking for a leader who can manage daily site operations, maintain quality control, and keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations
• Manage ordering materials and other job related purchases
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
• Maintain project schedules and daily logs
• Perform quality control checks; ensure high-end finish standards
• Enforce safety and jobsite organization
• Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
• Review plans, solve problems on site, and keep work moving
• Be able to physically assist in all phases of construction when necessary

Requirements

• 5 years of residential construction supervision
• Required: Experience in high-end custom residential projects
• Strong understanding of framing, finishes, MEP sequencing
• Ability to read architectural/structural plans
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
