Tidal Build is seeking an experienced Job Site Supervisor to oversee high-end residential construction projects throughout coastal CT & RI. We’re a fast-growing design-build company looking for a leader who can manage daily site operations, maintain quality control, and keep projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations
- Manage ordering materials and other job related purchases
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
- Maintain project schedules and daily logs
- Perform quality control checks; ensure high-end finish standards
- Enforce safety and jobsite organization
- Communicate with project managers, inspectors, and clients
- Review plans, solve problems on site, and keep work moving
- Be able to physically assist in all phases of construction when necessary
Requirements
- 5 years of residential construction supervision
- Required: Experience in high-end custom residential projects
- Strong understanding of framing, finishes, MEP sequencing
- Ability to read architectural/structural plans
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
