Role Description

The full-time Customer Service Representative will be an integral part of our on-site team in Miami, FL. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities include processing orders, addressing account-related issues, handling transactions, and documenting customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement. The representative will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a positive and engaging experience for all users of the platform.


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
  • Proficiency in addressing customer issues and providing effective solutions
  • Ability to manage transactions and handle account-related inquiries accurately
  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer support or retail environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is beneficial.
  • $35K a year
  • Possible commission
