Escrow Assistant
We are seeking highly skilled Escrow Assistants to join our team, with positions available in Salem and Albany. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and experience in the real estate or title industry.
Duties:
Duties include, but are not limited to, reading contracts, setting up new escrow files, ordering and entering payoffs, clearing title, draft and prepare necessary legal documents, working up files, conducting signings and disbursing files.
Requirements:
Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the escrow/title industry. Excellent client relations and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret documents accurately. Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Prior experience is preferred.
