What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tailor - Alteration's Specialist position at Ticknors Men's Clothier?
Ticknors Men's Clothier plans on enjoying a year of growth in 2026 and that growth begins with adding great individuals to our already successful team. We are currently seeking tailors and alterations specialists to help in our on site tailor shop for our store at South Hills Village in Mt. Lebanon, PA.
In our tailor shops, we ask our tailors to perform alterations associated with the clothing sold in our store. Alterations include: jacket & shirt sides, sleeves, lower collar, shorten coat/shirt, pant waist/seat in, taper leg, and hemming. Knowing how to perform re-cuts and other advanced alterations isn't necessary but much appreciated.

Part-time position available. We are in need of someone who is able to work some evenings. Pay rate negotiable based on ability, skill, and speed.
