We’re looking for friendly, upbeat team members who thrive in a fast-paced, community-driven environment and love supporting small makers and artists.
What You'll Do:
- Greet customers with warmth and help create a welcoming, boutique-style experience
- Engage guests by sharing stories about our artisans and products
- Handle sales transactions using our SQUARE POS system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with restocking, merchandising, and maintaining clean, organized displays
- Support artisans by ensuring their spaces are well-presented and up to date
- Help with store events, promotions, and seasonal set-ups
- Weekdays 4-9pm (closing), Weekends Open to close (10-9)
What We're Looking For:
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for small business and handmade goods
- Previous retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required
- Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
