What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Staff position at TicketNetwork, Inc.?
Position Summary
Candidate will work on the facilities team as a general laborer and perform a variety of tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of buildings and surrounding grounds and to care for animals at our animal sanctuary. Also to assist with the upkeep of our Indoor and Outdoor gardens.
Primary Responsibilities
- Feed, water, and provide general care for livestock.
- Clean animal pens, stalls, and barns.
- Monitor the health of animals and report signs of illness or injury.
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops for the kitchen
- Trimming fruit trees and bushes.
- Snow removal and salting in colder months at all of our properties.
- Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance on building systems.
- Set up furniture and equipment for meetings, events, and/or conferences.
- Ensure that all work areas are safe and free from hazards.
Work Hours:
- M - F 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Snow removal or animal care outside of normal schedule
- From time to time could be called to assist with an emergency.
