The owner and founder of Ticket Shine, Inc. is currently in the process of acquiring an established, highly profitable contracting small business as an individual investment. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced Construction Executive to take the reins and oversee all daily operations of this newly acquired contracting firm.
This is not a corporate middle-management role. You will be the operational leader of the business—owning people, projects, and performance—with the direct backing of a financially strong entrepreneur who has already built and scaled a multi-million-dollar company.
This is a unique, high-impact role requiring strategic vision combined with direct operational oversight. The successful candidate will shape the future of the business, supported by a financially robust investor who is also the CEO of a highly successful enterprise.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the operational engine of the company—responsible for delivering great work, building strong teams, and driving profitable growth.
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations, implement processes for scheduling/budgeting, and collaborate with the ownership team on strategic goals.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage all field and office staff, fostering a high-performing culture of continuous improvement
- Project Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Field & Quality Oversight: Supervise on-site activities, enforce strict safety protocols, and conduct inspections to verify quality and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150,000-$200,000 Base Salary
- Performance Bonuses

- Work Schedule: 50-55 Hours Per Week
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Min. 7 years experience as a Journeyman in a relevant trade.
- Min. 4 years of People Management Experience leading teams and managing staff.
- Min. 4 years of Operations/Project Management Experience overseeing complex projects from conception to completion.
