Position: Event Ticket Fulfillment Associate
Salary: $15 – $20 per hour (based on experience and expertise)
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Friday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 100% on-site in Rosedale, MD
Our Event Ticket Fulfillment Associate will work closely with the Head of Operations to manage event ticket inventory as well as fulfill orders. It’s important to be a quick learner, have strong problem solving skills, and have the ability to work with and navigate through computer software and websites efficiently. It’s also crucial that this position maintain a level of professionalism as this position is the main person of contact for the ticket exchanges (Vivid Seats, Stubhub etc) when it comes to any information regarding orders.
Full Job Description:
The Event Ticket Fulfillment Associate position’s main objective is to manage/organize event ticket inventory. As well as receiving and processing incoming orders and making sure every part of delivery is completed.
Role Includes:
- Coordinating with major ticketing exchanges (Stubhub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc.) to solve order related issues
- Working with our point of sales system and utilize software to upload / download, and transfer inventory in order to fulfill orders to exchanges and customers
- Figuring out problematic orders as well as errors and addressing them
- Entering purchase orders into our POS system
- Organizing/Updating spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain the upkeep of the fulfillment email
The applicant(s) we are seeking to hire must possess the following key skill sets:
- Quick learner
- Strong problem solving skills (ability to recognize problems and come up with a solution)
- Willingness to work outside of normal business hours (weekend rotation shifts as well)
- Strong computer skills (specifically Excel/Google Sheets)
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Being detail-oriented is a must
- Reliable and trustworthy
Position is 100% on-site in Rosedale, MD
