Tick Tock Smoke Shop is hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team!
Position Details
- 15–26 hours per week
- Weekend availability required
- Opportunities for additional hours and performance-based incentives
- Pay: $14.00/hour (based on experience in smoke/vape retail)

We’re seeking people-oriented individuals who thrive in a busy environment, enjoy learning about products, and are committed to delivering great customer service. Smoke shop, vape, or retail sales experience is preferred.
This is a fast-paced role — multitasking, quick decision-making, and strong communication skills are essential.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Engage customers to determine their needs and recommend products
- Provide knowledgeable product suggestions (training provided)
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Restock merchandise
- Complete assigned inventory and daily operational tasks
- Process purchases
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail or smoke shop experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced retail environment
- Comfortable with cash handling and POS systems
- Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs
