Responsibilities

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets project specifications and client expectations.
- Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks while coordinating with other teams as necessary.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide the crew in executing tasks effectively.
- Assist in budgeting processes by tracking expenses and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise on-site promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is preferred.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Experience with project scheduling software such as Prolog is advantageous.
