What You'll Do
- Assist with planning and leading group and individual activities
- Help residents participate in recreational, social, and therapeutic programs
- Support documentation of attendance and resident engagement
- Encourage participation and foster a warm, positive environment
- Work closely with the Activity Director and care team
- Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in activities or caregiving (preferred, not required)
- Creativity and a passion for serving the elderly
