Role Description
This is an on-site contract role located in Clemville, TX. As an onsite Operator at Tiberius Energy Services, LLC, you will be responsible for overseeing the dewatering process of an underground salt cavern. Daily tasks include communicating with control room operators, monitoring dewatering equipment, backflushing as necessary, maintaining equipment and equipment logs, maintaining certain parameters and records, and assisting the Senior Operator with other tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required - technical degree preferred
- Two or more years of experience of related field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and use basic measuring tools
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and operate machinery safely
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team environment with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
In order to be successful in this role, the candidate should have a background in leaching, control room operations, or similar fields, in addition to strong communication and technical skills.
