Candidates should possess most of the following:
- Ten or more years of progressive experience across finance, business operations, manufacturing operations, program finance, business systems, analytics, or related disciplines
- Significant experience in a senior FP&A, operational finance, program finance, business operations, or finance-transformation role
- Direct experience with physical-product development and manufacturing
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from concept and research through prototype, qualification, low-rate production, scale manufacturing, delivery, and sustainment
- Demonstrated ability to build complex financial and operational models
- Experience integrating information from multiple enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience with ETL, data-preparation, or workflow-automation tools such as Alteryx, Informatica, Matillion, Talend, Fivetran, dbt, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or comparable platforms
- Experience with business-intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or comparable platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Working understanding of ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, CRM, and quality-management systems
- Experience creating common data definitions and master-data standards
- Ability to work with APIs, structured files, databases, and data warehouses at a functional or hands-on level
