Position Description:
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer to join a team of principal and senior-level contributors. The Software Engineer will be responsible for building, managing, and automating configurable product installations and ensuring secure and efficient deployment and operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain product installations.
- Automate product installations and configurations using infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Collaborate with team members to provide development and production support.
- Document architecture, design concepts, and operational procedures.
- Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes.
Desired Skills:
- Full Stack Java development, SpringBoot, and RESTful APIs.
- PKI/TLS/SSL certificate management.
- ElasticSearch, microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
- JSON/XML data formats.
- GitLab CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates on Azure, CloudFormation on AWS, Terraform).
- Linux scripting for code integration
- Experience with Bourne Shell, C, or Python.
- Containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deployment automation using Puppet or Ansible.
- Excellent oral and written communication; ability to write technical documentation.
- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves sedentary work with physical requirements expected for at least 50% of the time. Essential functions include prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and talking.
