Licensed Customer Service Analyst
The Licensed Customer Service Analyst is responsible for handling questions, comments, and complaints regarding the company's products or services. Working under close supervision as an entry-level position, this job reports to upper management and is the first line of support for problem resolution. This job is also a licensed professional who possesses significant knowledge of the company's products and services to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between consumers and the company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Answers inbound customer service calls and provides entry-level troubleshooting and resolution.
- Provides outstanding customer service to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
- Establishes rapport with customers, setting them at ease and providing direction regarding their inquiries.
- Maintains records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc. and ensures delivery to upper management.
- Refers customers to published materials, secondary sources or more senior staff when needed.
- Seeks advice from senior Customer Service Analysts regarding customer issues that require more advanced knowledge and experience.

Working under close supervision, this job reports to upper management and is the first line of support for our advisory teams. The rollover specialist will work closely with clients and alternate carriers to create a seamless rollover experience. This job is also a licensed professional who possesses significant knowledge of the company's products and services to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Possess excellent time management and written communication skills
Provides outstanding customer service to ensure service levels are achieved and exceeded.
Establishes rapport with customers, setting them at ease and providing direction regarding their inquiries.
Maintains records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, actions taken, etc. and ensures delivery to upper management.
Seeks advice from senior Rollover Specialists regarding customer issues that require more advanced knowledge and experience.
Preferred
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast paced, multi-functional, dynamic, client centric work environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced high intensity environment while managing time and case work simultaneously.
- Organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
