Internal Relationship Consultant The Internal Relationship Consultant job partners with TIAA's Individual Advisory Service teams to review prospect client accounts for TIAA Trust Company's Private Asset Management offering and prepare the customized onboarding packet. This job works in a team environment supporting Integrated Solutions Director (ISD) and Regional Internal Investment Consultant (IIC) to drive Managed Account adoption, awareness, and sales success. Key Responsibilities and Duties Supports Integrated Solutions Director and Individual Advisory Service teams in the review and assessment of complex estate plans in relationship to account titling and current asset holdings for high net worth clients to determine appropriate transition to and account opening for TIAA Trust Company / Private Asset Management (“PAM”). Provides written comprehensive case review to Wealth Management Advisor to review with the prospect client during client signature meeting. Provides education to Wealth Management Advisor and Client Relationship Consultant (“IAS Team”) on the PAM onboarding process to set appropriate client account opening and funding expectations. Prepares and presents PAM account onboarding process to their assigned regional Director’s team meetings. Provides ongoing sales support to ISD and IIC in the review of their existing prospect pipeline for their geographical regions in alignment with their individual sales goals. Partners with Portfolio Manager leaders and Trust Administration leaders to proactively obtain pre-assigned Portfolio Managers and Account Officers for our high net worth client and complex cases. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
