Position: Hostess
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times effectively.
- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure efficient table turnover.
- Provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant specials.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Position: Expo
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate food delivery from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo station.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure all orders meet quality standards.
- Assist in plate presentation and garnishing to enhance guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with servers to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
