The Sales Analyst Intern role is based out of Hayward, California and requires a local student. The intern supports the Sales Organization by assisting in administrative tasks related to maintaining data accuracy and completeness of sales data. This role requires a high level of autonomy and willingness to provide exceptional customer service to all TI Automotive internal customers.
Ideal Candidate: Local student in Hayward, California attending an accredited undergraduate program majoring in Business, Finance, or other related business discipline. Minimum 2.80 GPA. This part-time internship will take place during the school year, and you will be required to come onsite.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist Sales team with data entry into Sales Forecasting System
- Identify data issues within Sales Forecasting System and coordinate correction of those issues
- Training of TI Automotive personnel on Sales Processes and Systems as needed
- Coordinate meetings and conversations as needed
- Complete and review monthly reports as assigned
- Support Implementation of new systems and processes as assigned
- Support with ongoing Sales department projects
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business management, or data analytic related field
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and has a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Data Entry and Typing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Good computation Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to work at least 24 hours per week
- Previous internship experience would be a plus
