- Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper or Porter.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:
- Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
- Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
- Participate in all community maintenance duties, including housekeeping, groundskeeping, and make readies.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience with groundskeeping.
- Great attitude and willing spirit.
- Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
- Attention to safety and the ability to comply with all MSDS Sheets.
- Good communication and attention to detail.
