Maintenance Supervisor Lead with Hands-On Impact
Must be HVAC or EPA and CPO certified. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some after hours and weekends for emergencies. On-call rotation 1 week on / 2 weeks off when fully staffed.

What Youll Do
- Lead, schedule, and mentor your maintenance team.
- Manage preventive maintenance and complex repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and property standards.
- Oversee inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Jump in with hands-on expertise when needed.

- Proven maintenance background with leadership ability.
- Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
