What You'll Do
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift.
- Empty trash and recycling and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Sweep, mop, and assist with general kitchen cleaning.
- Help put away deliveries and restock clean dishes and supplies.
- Assist the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.

- Restaurant experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
