Your responsibilities
The Berco of America Manufacturing Process Engineer reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and automation systems to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production operations. This role leads process design, project management, and the specification and validation of new machines, tools, and equipment. The engineer supports continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and company objectives. Additionally, the position provides technical leadership in robotics, CNC programming, and process automation, driving manufacturing innovation and operational excellence across all manufacturing lines in Waukesha and Greensboro plants.
