Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Annual Bonus Benefits 3 Weeks PTO More

You'll partner closely with leaders across the business, recruiting for roles ranging from internships to executive-level hires, supporting both hourly and salaried positions.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process: intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define roles and create compelling job postings
• Proactively source and engage candidates using diverse strategies, including passive sourcing
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
• Manage recruiting activity in Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Support vendor management, including agency partnerships and contract negotiation
• Help train hiring managers on interviewing best practices and effective use of Workday
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality of hire)
• Contribute to process improvements, TA projects, and workforce planning initiatives
• Collaborate with a team currently managing 125 monthly requisitions
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 2 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across functions and levels
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred)
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset

• Data-driven approach with the ability to turn insights into action
• Confidence partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions
